- EOFAA will keep your donation processing data for a period up to 1 year. This data will be automatically deleted from our third-party software. Contributors who have created a Qgiv account on https://eofaa.org, donation processing data will be kept until the account is closed by the user or at the discretion of EOFAA .
- EOFAA will keep your membership processing data until the expiration of the membership. This data will be automatically deleted from our third-party software.
- EOFAA will keep your media indefinitely. The media will be deleted when the user makes a request for it to be removed or at the discretion of EOFAA .
- EOFAA will keep your data in a remote storage indefinitely. The data will be deleted when the user makes a request for it to be removed or at the discretion of EOFAA.
https://eofaa.org may be allowed to retain Personal Data for a longer period whenever the User have given consent to such processing, as long as such consent is not withdrawn. Furthermore, the EOFAA may be obligated to retain Personal Data for a long period whenever required to do so for the performance of a legal obligation or upon order of an authority.
Once the retention period expires, Personal data shall be deleted. Therefore the right to access, the right to erasure, the right to rectification and the right to data portability cannot be enforced after expiration of the retention period.
