The Board Membership-3 Year Term is for directors who have completed the initial term and have been elected and qualified by the Nominating Committee to continue on the Board of Directors. This term is for 3 years.

The Board Membership-3 Year Term does not automatically renew. The director must be elected and qualified for the Board of Directors for as many terms allowed by the Corporation’s Bylaws in order to continue as a director.
