The Board Membership-Initial Term is for a newly elected and qualified candidate for the Board of Directors. The term ends the date of the first upcoming Annual Meeting.

The Board Membership-Initial Term does not renew. The director must be elected for a Board Membership-3 Year Term at the first upcoming Annual Meeting in order to continue as a director.
